This page used to carry a casino’s terms and conditions — account suspension, bonus abuse, game integrity, support addresses for payout problems. None of that belongs here, because none of it is ours to promise. It has been replaced with the terms that actually apply to this site.

1. What this site is

An independent overview of one gambling operator, written and published by cookedcasino.com. It is not run by that operator and is not endorsed by it.

2. What this site is not

• We run no games and offer no gambling of any kind.
• We hold no player accounts, take no deposits and pay out no winnings.
• We cannot credit a bonus, release a withdrawal, close an account or recover funds.
• We are not a legal, financial or tax adviser, and nothing here is advice of that kind.

If your problem is with money at the operator, writing to us cannot solve it — section 6 says where to write instead.

3. Where the figures come from

Every figure about the operator is taken from the operator’s own public pages and carries the date it was read. Some of those pages build their content in the browser, so part of the data comes from the layer they render from; where that is so, the page says it. Where the operator publishes nothing, we write that it publishes nothing rather than estimating. Where we have corrected an earlier version of a page, we name what changed instead of replacing it silently.

4. Accuracy and its limits

Offers, limits and terms change without notice, and a page here can be out of date the day after it is published. The date on each figure is there so you can tell. Before you deposit anything, check the figure that matters to you on the operator’s own pages — including the list of countries it does not accept players from.

5. Affiliate links

Links to the operator on this site are affiliate links, and we may be paid a commission if you register through one. That is how the site is funded. It does not change what we publish: the figures come from the operator’s pages either way, and the pages here say plainly where an offer is worse than it looks.

6. Complaints about the operator

In order: write to the operator in writing and keep the ticket; wait out the deadline stated in its terms; then take it to the regulator named in its licence — for this operator, the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, licence ALSI-202509004-FI1. An offshore regulator supervises the operator, not your contract, and it is not a consumer authority in your country. With cryptocurrency there is also no payment provider who could reverse a transfer.

7. Age and responsible gambling

This site is for adults of 18 or older, or the legal age where you live if it is higher. Gambling can be addictive. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion work the same day and are the most useful tools any operator offers. The text and layout of this site belong to cookedcasino.com. Brand names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being described. We publish in good faith and with sources dated, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of these pages or for anything that happens in an account with the operator.

9. Changes and contact

These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. Questions, corrections and complaints about this site — including a figure you believe is wrong — go to [email protected]. A correction with a source attached is the fastest way to get a page fixed.
